How it works
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
- New subscriptions also start with a 14-day free trial — you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, back to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase to request a refund, or
- Contact us through the Help section in the app and we'll help you.
Canceling instead
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal (Dashboard → Manage subscription). When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period — no further charges.
